What property improvement actually is
Appearance and function, not one at the expense of the other.
We provide both traditional landscaping and rugged property improvement. Landscaping may include cleanup, planting support, decorative rock, mulch, soil work, bed preparation, pathways, and general outdoor improvement.
Rugged improvement covers brush clearing, terrain shaping, rock placement, access improvement, erosion-conscious work, rough grading, and native area cleanup. Where practical, we make thoughtful efforts to preserve native trees, wildflowers, and natural rock features already on the property.

When a property needs finishing
If any of these describe your property, this is the scope.
-
The build is done but the land is not
Construction finished and the surrounding property still looking like a jobsite.
-
Maintenance has become a burden
Ground that takes more time and money to keep up than it should.
-
You want it to look better without stripping it
Improvement that keeps the native trees, wildflowers, and rock that made you buy the place.
-
Outdoor areas are unusable
Space you own but do not use, because getting to it or across it is awkward.
Sounds like something else?
If the property still needs the heavy work done first, start with clearing or cleanup and come back to this.

What drives the price
Scale, material, and how finished you want it to look.
Smaller landscaping jobs are often quoted as fixed-price projects. Larger or evolving property improvement work is usually priced in phases.
-
Property size and terrain
How much ground, and how difficult it is to work.
-
Finish level
Rugged and functional, or polished.
-
Vegetation density
How much has to come out before anything goes in.
-
Material and plant selection
What goes down, and how much.
-
Design complexity
How much shaping, edging, and detail is involved.
-
Estimates are free. A consultation, photos, measurements, or an onsite visit may be needed for accurate pricing — and we can price rugged and polished versions side by side.
What improvement connects to
Finishing work usually follows one of these.
