This website, our quote and contact forms, phone calls and text messages, email, our monthly newsletter, photos you send us about your property, and our Google Business Profile listing.

What we collect
What you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, the location of the property, and what you tell us about the project. Photos, if you send them. Your email address, if you subscribe to the newsletter.
What gets collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you look at, how you found us, and roughly where in the world you are. This comes from cookies and similar technology, described below.
We do not ask for financial account details or government ID numbers through this website, and we would rather you did not send them to us by email or text either.

How we use it
To reply to you, work out what your property needs, prepare an estimate, schedule and carry out the work, and stay in touch while a job is running. The automatic information tells us how the site is being used and whether our advertising is working. If you subscribed, your email address is used to send the newsletter.

Photos you send us
Photos of your property stay yours. Sending them gives us permission to look at them, store them, and use them to price, plan and carry out the work you asked about, including showing them to our team and anyone working with us who needs to see them.
We will not put photos of your property on our website, our Google listing, our social media or our advertising unless you have separately given us written permission. Please only send photos you have the right to send.

Testimonials and reviews
We publish testimonials from real customers, with permission. Where we shorten a quote for space, we do not change what the person meant. We do not pay for reviews.

How long we keep things
As long as we need it to do the work, answer questions afterwards, and meet our tax, insurance and legal obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect what we hold. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If there were ever a breach affecting Texas residents, we would notify people and the Texas Attorney General as Texas law requires.

Texas residents
The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives Texas residents rights over their personal data. V3 Syntropy LLC believes it qualifies for the small business exemption under that Act. That belief does not limit any privacy, data security, communications or breach notification obligations that apply to us independently.
Whatever the law requires, if you want to know what we hold about you, have something corrected, or have it deleted, email v3syntropy@gmail.com and we will do what we reasonably can.

Children
This website is for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

Our site links to other places, including Google and social media. Once you leave, their privacy policies apply, not ours.

This website is intended for people in the United States, and our services are for properties in Texas.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant we will say so on the website.
