Brush, dirt, rock, and construction debris loaded, hauled, and disposed of properly.

What haul-off actually is
The part of the job most people underestimate.
We haul off brush, debris, dirt, rock, construction waste, demolition material, and unwanted site material — useful for property cleanups, clearing projects, demolition, construction prep, illegal dumping, storm cleanup, and general site improvement.
Haul-off can be a standalone service or part of a larger clearing, site prep, demolition, or excavation project. Where the material can be reused, mulched, or left onsite instead, we will tell you.

When material needs to leave
If any of these describe your property, this is the scope.
-
A pile has been there for years
Brush, debris, or material that has accumulated past the point of handling yourself.
-
Another contractor left material behind
Construction waste, spoil, or debris that was never part of somebody else's scope.
-
Someone dumped on your property
Illegally dumped trash, appliances, or construction debris that needs to go.
-
You need the volume gone fast
A jobsite that cannot progress until the material blocking it is out.
Sounds like something else?
If the property needs organizing rather than just emptying, that is a cleanup scope. If you need material brought in instead, that is transport.
How haul-off works
Three phases, from pile to disposal.
-
Read the site
Evaluate the material · Decide where it goes
-
Do the work
Load it · Transport it
-
Finish and hand it over
Leave the area clean
Unknown, restricted, or hazardous materials may require special handling or third-party disposal. If we find something like that, we stop and talk to you before continuing.
What drives the price
Loads and dump fees — both add up quickly.
Some haul-off is priced per load. Larger or mixed-material jobs usually need an onsite review before a final number.
-
Material type
What it is, and where it is allowed to go.
-
Volume and weight
How many loads, and how heavy they are.
-
Loading difficulty
Whether machines can reach it and pick it up.
-
Dump and disposal fees
What the facility charges to take it.
-
Distance and trip count
How far the approved disposal site sits.
-
Estimates are free. Where material can be mulched, stacked, or reused onsite instead of hauled, we will say so — fewer loads leaving is the cheapest version of this job.
What haul-off connects to
Haul-off is usually the back half of another scope.
